The SMT Downstacker for heavy-duty corrugated cardboard, cushioning corrugated cardboard, honeycomb panels, and bulky large formats is now available in two models.

Option 2

The stacker is installed at ground level. The rotary shear is mounted on a machine base. A suitable work platform is available. The corrugated sheets located at the machine’s infeed are lifted to the platform’s working position using a lift table. This allows the top sheet to be removed from the stack at waist height. The sheet stop at the end of the machine features a drop height adjustment. To form a stack, an automatically synchronized lifting table at the machine outlet moves downward. When the maximum stack height is reached, the system emits a signal. The machine operator can now remove the stack.

A modular conveyor belt for transporting the stack is available as an option.
