This type of machine is used for sheet cutting of materials up to 50 mm thick, as well as for cross-cutting of materials up to 50 mm thick. It can be used for heavy-duty corrugated board, cushioning corrugated board, and paper honeycomb panels.
The machine is equipped with adjustable, solid side stops for feeding in the corrugated cardboard.
Each knife is equipped with an integrated knife sharpening and cleaning system.
The knife tools are adjusted from the outside using threaded spindles and handwheels. This eliminates the need to reach inside the machine during setup. Positioning is indicated by mechanical position indicators integrated into the handwheels. This machine is available with a fully automatic positioning system as an option.
The drive units are designed for high efficiency. The control center is fully integrated into the machine.
